Erin Statler, Library student assistant, works in the Shad-Fack computer classroom, helping students with tech and basic research questions. STARTING TODAY (okay, maybe in a day or so), Erin will contribute to the Library Blog. Erin hopes to provide a student prospective on how to best use the Library, for research, for studying, or for catching up on some much needed sleep!

Freeman's Journal
(click on picture for larger view)
Dr. Russell and Judith Eaton of Mount Joy, PA recently gifted a significant collection of the Freeman's Journal newspaper to the F&M College Library. The newspapers are contained in a single, period-bound volume and cover the years 1789-1792
The collection consists of 173 four-page issues, tax-related and New Year's broadsheets.
The volume was the personal copy of renowned 18th century printer Francis Bailey, containing ink annotations and corrections.
Stop by Archives & Special Collections to take a look at Freeman's.
Color printer
By popular demand, we've added a

at Shad-Fack. ALL computers (except those in the classroom) can print to the new printer.
Cost is $.50 per sheet. Follow THIS LINK for more information regarding GoPrint, or stop by the ASK ME desk if you have color or B&W printing questions.
